People assume that because we make ten products, I take ten products
I take four, on a schedule so boring it actually works. Here it is, exactly as it runs — my routine, not a prescription.
First coffee: STRUCTURA
The scoop goes into the first coffee of the day, and I mean that literally — the tub lives next to the coffee, because a routine you have to remember is a routine you'll eventually forget. It's unflavoured, so the coffee tastes like coffee. I let the cup stand a minute off the boil first; vitamin C doesn't love heat.
Ten grams of collagen and the full B family, and my morning doesn't even register that it happened. That's the standard I hold everything else to.
Training days: the BCAA bottle
I train at lunchtime, and the honest reason the BCAA works for me is hydration psychology: a 500ml bottle of lemon-and-lime water gets drunk during a session, while plain water gets forgotten on a bench. The branched-chain aminos and a serious dose of B6 come along for the ride — but the habit is the bottle.
Pull quote: "The best supplement is the one you take on a Tuesday in November. Everything else is January talk."
After training, or mid-afternoon: a protein
Post-session it's whey — vanilla, cold milk, done before I've cooled down. On days I work from home, the same scoop shows up at four in the afternoon instead, because that's when I'd otherwise raid the biscuit tin, and 23 grams of protein is a better answer than three biscuits.
If I'm eating with Kameliya in the evening it's often hemp, through Bulgarian yoghurt or straight into whatever soup is happening. That one's food, not a shake.
The days that went sideways: greens
The Greens Blend is not a daily for me, and I think that's the right way to use it: it's my honest-accounting scoop. Travel day, meetings through lunch, dinner from a petrol station — that's a greens day. Pineapple, lime, coconut water, blended. It settles the day's books.
What I don't take
Worth saying: I don't take everything we make, and you shouldn't either. The collagen-with-glucosamine suits people who want the fullest single formula; my STRUCTURA habit covers my collagen. The liposomal vitamin C is Kameliya's teaspoon, not mine — my morning already carries a full dose. Pick the few that fit your actual week, and let the rest go.
- Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass
- High fibre (Greens Blend)
Takeaways
- Anchor every scoop to something you already do — mine live beside the coffee and in the gym bag
- A flavoured bottle you'll finish beats a plain one you won't
- A protein scoop at 4pm is a strategy, not a snack failure
- Greens as honest accounting for the sideways days, not a daily obligation
- Nobody needs the whole range — pick for your week, not for completeness
