USING OUR STORE AND PLACING ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after taking payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PRODUCTS AND FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
Our food supplements are not medicines, and information provided on our website is not a substitute for individual medical advice.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Follow the product label and do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep food supplements out of the reach of young children.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

If we identify an obvious pricing error before fulfilment, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it and issue the appropriate refund.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where subscription purchasing is available, the renewal frequency, price and any applicable discount are shown before purchase.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

International orders may also be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, fees or restrictions imposed by the destination country.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual-property rights in original VECHÉN® website content, branding, photography, graphics and text belong to VECHEN LTD or are used under licence.
Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
GENERAL
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
