ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.
UK DELIVERY
UK standard delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free standard UK delivery applies to qualifying one-time purchase orders of £45 and over after discounts, and qualifying subscription orders of £35 and over after discounts. Express delivery is excluded from these free standard delivery offers.
Delivery charges for orders that do not qualify for free delivery are shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is available to supported destinations.
Available delivery services and charges are calculated at checkout and may vary according to destination, parcel weight, products ordered and carrier service.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, fees or local restrictions.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, such charges may be the recipient's responsibility.
Customs processing may also delay delivery.
TRACKING
Where a tracked delivery service is selected or provided, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruption, peak periods, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
