SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. During peak periods carrier delays may occasionally extend this — we'll always communicate any known issues by email.

Shipping Costs

Free standard delivery on all UK orders.

International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@vechen.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier.
