Clear amounts, formula by formula.

A pinch of something is not the same as a helping of it — and a label can't tell you the difference unless the numbers are on it.

The amount in a serving helps you compare products and plan your routine. Our product pages show the nutrient and active amounts declared for each formula, alongside its full ingredient list.

Look at the whole formula: what it contains, how much you take and how it fits with the rest of your diet. A bigger number does not automatically make a product a better fit for you.

You should be able to see what you are choosing. Each product page brings together its ingredient list, serving size and declared nutrient and active amounts.

Food and herbal blends list their ingredients in order of weight. Their individual amounts are not always declared; the nutrition table shows the quantities available for the finished formula.

The form matters as much as the number.

Abstract pale blue glass ribbon, frosted sphere and cube on white.

Two products can print the same milligram figure and contain quite different things.

The ingredient list tells you which forms are used. STRUCTURA contains vitamin C as calcium ascorbate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Liposomal Vitamin C uses sodium ascorbate with phospholipids from sunflower lecithin. Collagen + Glucosamine contains glucosamine hydrochloride.

Our whey formulas combine concentrate and isolate. Sweeteners also vary: many powders use steviol glycosides, BCAA and Electrolytes + Carbs use sucralose, and the D3 + K2 liquid uses xylitol. The product page lists what is in your chosen formula and flavour.

What earns a place in a formula.

Four useful questions to ask when choosing a formula.

Different formulas need different ingredients. Protein provides the main nutritional role in a protein powder; fibre, flavourings and stabilisers can help shape its taste and texture. Our Greens Blend brings together a wide variety of named food ingredients.

The useful question is what the complete formula offers you. We explain its nutrients, practical uses and directions in plain English.

“What is in a serving?”

Start with the serving size and the amounts stated in the nutrition table. These let you compare formulas on the same basis.

“Can we name the exact form?”

Read the form alongside the ingredient name, such as sodium ascorbate for vitamin C or whey concentrate and isolate for protein. Details vary by formula.

“Does it do a job the rest of the formula doesn't?”

An ingredient may provide a nutrient, fibre, flavour or texture. We explain these roles so you can see how the formula fits together.

“Is the information clear?”

We publish the quantities declared for each formula. Where a food or herbal blend has no separate amount for each ingredient, its full ingredient list is still available.

Clear information makes it easier to choose a formula that fits your routine.

05

Origin and sourcing, formula by formula.

Sourcing details belong to the individual formula. STRUCTURA uses hydrolysed collagen from fish skins and is manufactured in the UK using collagen sourced outside the UK. The whey labels specify EU and British milk.

The Greens Blend label identifies its ingredients as organic and carries Soil Association code GB-ORG-05. The liposomal liquids use sunflower phospholipids, and the D3 + K2 formula uses vitamin D3 from algae.

Check the product page and pack for the origin, dietary information and certifications that apply to your choice.
