How to take

Mix 1 flat scoop (8g) with 250ml water or juice during or after exercise, once daily.

Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

One scoop (30g) into 200ml of water, juice or milk. Stir, shake or blend. Use 1–3 servings per day as required.

One scoop (30g) into 200ml of water, juice or milk. Stir, shake or blend. Use 1–3 servings per day as required.
