Description
Two drink options to keep your training routine easy to prepare. The Endurance Set pairs a berry-flavoured carbohydrate and electrolyte drink with a lemon and lime BCAA drink with amino acids and vitamins C and B6. Separate tubs let you measure each formula correctly and use the drink that suits the moment.
A 12g Electrolytes + Carbs serving contains 9.3g carbohydrate, 215mg sodium, 174mg chloride and 56mg potassium. An 8g BCAA serving provides 5.6g branched-chain amino acids, 0.94g citrulline malate, 38mg vitamin C and 0.9mg vitamin B6. Vitamins C and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Maltodextrin supplies carbohydrate in the electrolyte drink, alongside the stated electrolyte salts. The BCAA drink supplies three individual essential amino acids, with vitamins C and B6 for normal energy-yielding metabolism and reducing tiredness and fatigue. They are different drink options; complete protein foods already supply BCAA, so an additional BCAA drink is optional.
Prepare the drinks separately using their different mixing ratios: 500ml water for the carbohydrate and electrolyte powder, and 250ml water or juice for the BCAA. The full-size tubs provide 45 and 42 servings respectively. Both are vegan and sweetened with sucralose.

What is included?

How do I prepare the drinks?
Mix 12g Electrolytes + Carbs with 500ml water. Separately, mix 8g BCAA with 250ml water or juice.
When do I use them?
Electrolytes + Carbs can be used before, during or after exercise. BCAA has a suggested use of one serving daily during or after exercise.
What is the difference between them?
Electrolytes + Carbs provides carbohydrate plus sodium, chloride and potassium. BCAA provides leucine, isoleucine, valine and citrulline malate, with vitamins C and B6.
How much sugar is in each drink?
Mixed with water, one Electrolytes + Carbs serving contains 0.5g sugars in 500ml, and one BCAA serving contains 0.86g sugars in 250ml. Both are also sweetened with sucralose.
Are both vegan?
Yes. Both recipes are suitable for vegans.
What allergen considerations apply?
