Description

Bring turmeric and ginger into your daily routine in a measured capsule, without preparing a separate drink. This vegan formula combines concentrated turmeric extract and organic turmeric root powder with ginger, bamboo, cayenne and black pepper. Zinc helps your immune system work normally, while the stated curcuminoid amount makes the turmeric extract easy to compare.

Each capsule provides 150mg curcuminoids from turmeric extract and a separate 200mg portion of organic turmeric root powder. Curcuminoids are the group of compounds quantified in the turmeric extract. Bamboo extract provides 7.5mg silica. Zinc and vitamin B6 each provide 15% of their Nutrient Reference Value per capsule, with vitamin B6 contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Turmeric extract gives a measured curcuminoid concentration, while the separate organic root powder provides the whole-root ingredient. Ginger, cayenne and black pepper extend the botanical blend; bamboo supplies the stated silica. Zinc and B6 are the ingredients with established nutrient benefits here: zinc contributes to normal immune function, and B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The HPMC capsule shell provides a vegan alternative to gelatin.

Take one capsule one to three times daily with food. The 90-capsule pack provides 30–90 days at that intake. The organic ingredient is the turmeric root powder; the complete formula is not presented as certified organic.

FAQs

If it isn't answered below, ask us — a real person replies.

How much curcuminoid content is in one capsule?
150mg curcuminoids from the turmeric root extract. The capsule also contains 200mg organic turmeric root powder as a separate ingredient.
What does the 7895mg turmeric figure mean?
It is the equivalent amount of turmeric root represented by the extract. It is not the physical extract weight or an extra amount to add to the 150mg curcuminoid figure.
What other plant ingredients are included?
Ginger extract equivalent to 200mg root, bamboo extract equivalent to 100mg and providing 7.5mg silica, cayenne extract equivalent to 40mg, and 5mg black pepper per capsule.
How much zinc and vitamin B6 are included?
1.5mg zinc and 0.21mg vitamin B6 per capsule, each providing 15% NRV.
Is the whole product organic?
The turmeric root powder ingredient is organic. The complete formula is not described as certified organic.
How do I take it?
Take one capsule one to three times daily with food. Do not exceed three capsules daily unless professionally advised.
Is it vegan, and how long does a pack last?
Yes. The 90-capsule pack lasts 90 days at one daily, 45 days at two daily or 30 days at three daily.
Why use turmeric extract and root powder together?
The extract provides a quantified 150mg curcuminoids per capsule. The separate 200mg organic turmeric root powder supplies the root ingredient in a different form. It lets you see both the measured compounds and the whole-root amount, rather than treating every turmeric ingredient as interchangeable.
Does black pepper improve absorption?
This capsule includes 5mg black pepper, but no standardised piperine amount is specified. Results from trials using measured piperine doses cannot be assumed for this ingredient, so we do not promise an absorption increase.

AllergenWhey formulas contain milk and include soy lecithin. Always refer to the individual product allergen declaration.

Different roles

Colours help create a consistent appearance. Stabilisers and thickeners influence texture and how ingredients remain dispersed. Carriers help distribute small quantities of an ingredient through a larger blend. These are different formulation jobs.

Examples in practice

Xanthan gum is used to thicken or stabilise a drink. Citric acid adjusts acidity and contributes tartness. Maltodextrin can provide bulk or act as a carrier. Colour ingredients may include beta-carotene, turmeric extract or grape skin extract where listed.

A useful distinction

An ingredient used for colour is not automatically present at a nutritional supplement dose. Turmeric extract used as a colour, for example, should not be assumed to supply a standardised curcumin amount.

In VECHÉN

The exact combination varies by product and flavour. Read these ingredients alongside the main nutrients: they explain how a powder or liquid is made to taste, mix and remain consistent. Their individual quantities should not be guessed where the label does not declare them.

Ginger

An aromatic rhizome whose gingerols and related compounds contribute to its characteristic pungency.

SourceGinger rhizome, Zingiber officinale; commonly labelled ginger root.
FormExtract in capsules
Found inFresh ginger, dried ginger spice and ginger-containing foods.
DoseThe label declares 200mg ginger-root equivalent per capsule, not 200mg of fresh ginger or a separately declared gingerol amount.

What it is

Ginger is the rhizome, or underground stem, of Zingiber officinale. It is widely used as a spice and is botanically related to turmeric.

Its plant compounds

Ginger contains gingerols and related compounds associated with its pungent taste. Drying and heating can change this profile, so fresh ginger and dried preparations are not chemically identical.

Understanding the form

Fresh rhizome, dried powder and extract have different concentrations and compositions. An extract's specification matters as well as the familiar ingredient name.

A useful detail

A root-equivalent amount describes the starting material represented by an extract. It does not establish a gingerol dose or make the extract interchangeable with the same weight of fresh ginger.
